Abstract
Se proporciona una solución de recubrimiento para una conexión roscada usada para formar una película de recubrimiento excelente en cuanto a la resistencia a la excoriación, resistencia a la corrosión por fisuras y resistencia a la corrosión por exposición. La solución de recubrimiento para una conexión roscada de la presente modalidad no contiene cianuro, pero contiene pirofosfato de cobre, pirofosfato de estaño, pirofosfato de cinc, pirofosfato como agente formador de complejos metálicos y un compuesto que contiene 40 g/L o menos de azufre (excluyendo 0). El compuesto que contiene azufre incluye: un compuesto de mercapto y un compuesto de azufre definido por la fórmula química (1); un dímero formado a través de un enlace disulfuro de los compuestos mercapto y uno o más tipos de sales de los mismos: RS-(CHX1)m-(CHX2)n-CHX3X4 (1), donde cada uno de m y n son un número entero de 1 o 0; cada uno de X1, X2, X3 y X4 son cualquiera de hidrógeno, OH, NH2, SO3H y CO2H, pero excluyendo que X1, X2, X3 y X4 sean todos hidrógeno y R es cualquiera de hidrógeno, un grupo metilo y un grupo etilo.
