Abstract

Realizaciones de la invención proporcionan un método y un aparato para el procesamiento por láser de un material. En el método y aparato, un haz de radiación láser pulsada, limitado en difracción, es difractado por un dispositivo de difracción para generar un haz difractado de radiación láser pulsada.
