Abstract
Realizaciones de la invención proporcionan un método y un aparato para el procesamiento por láser de un material. En el método y aparato, un haz de radiación láser pulsada, limitado en difracción, es difractado por un dispositivo de difracción para generar un haz difractado de radiación láser pulsada. El haz difractado es enfocado subsiguientemente sobre el material y es controlado en el tiempo y el espacio para irradiar el material en una posición diana con radiación procedente de un conjunto de pulsos de radiación del haz difractado, de modo que cada uno de los pulsos de radiación procedente del conjunto de pulsos de radiación es incidente en la posición diana con una porción en sección transversal del haz difractado, incluyendo la porción en sección transversal un máximo de intensidad local del haz difractado. Las porciones en sección transversal del haz de al menos un subconjunto de los pulsos del conjunto incluye cada una un máximo de intensidad local diferente. De este modo, se puede implementar una aplicación multi-pulsos para generar una foto-disrupción de una ubicación diana del material.
