Abstract
Un dispositivo para cirugía en el ojo humano incluye un aparato láser para hacer disponible radiación láser enfocada pulsada; el aparato láser se controla por medio de un programa de control de tal manera que por medio de la radiación láser es capaz de generar una figura de incisión en la córnea (42) de un ojo a tratarse, la figura de incisión incluye una primera incisión (48) que delimita un volumen de tejido córneo (46) a retirarse; la generación de la primera superficie de incisión (48) requiere un control de movimiento del enfoque de radiación en la dirección de propagación de la radiación; el programa de control está diseñado de tal manera que para la generación de la figura de incisión el enfoque de radiación se mueve sucesivamente en una pluralidad de planos superpuestos (501 ... 506) en los que un movimiento del enfoque de radiación es posible en cada caso sin control de movimiento en la dirección de propagación de la radiación; el programa de control proporciona, para cada plano, una trayectoria de escaneo serpenteante del enfoque de radiación que, al menos en la región de sus puntos reversos, se extiende fuera del volumen de tejido; además, el programa de control está diseñado para permitir el paso al ojo, en cada plano, de al menos aquellos pulsos de radiación que sirvan para generar la primera incisión (48); al mismo tiempo, dicho programa de control está diseñado para eliminar, en al menos una fracción de los planos, en cada caso al menos una fracción de aquellos pulsos de radiación que estén asignados a regiones de la trayectoria de escaneo serpenteante que estén situadas a una distancia de la primera incisión (48).
