Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un nuevo método para obtener células madre mesenquimáticas derivadas de músculo a partir de microbiopsias de origen mamífero. La invención proporciona una metodología mínimamente invasiva que da lugar a altas cantidades de MSC que se pueden diferenciar en diferentes linajes celulares.
