Abstract

La presente invención proporciona sistemas y métodos para la fabricación de productos alimenticios. En una modalidad general, los sistemas para la fabricación de un producto alimenticio incluyen al menos un intercambiador de calor, al menos un tanque de producto alimenticio, al menos un conducto corriente abajo del tanque de producto alimenticio para el flujo del producto alimenticio, y un dispositivo de detección de flujo acoplado a un exterior del conducto.
