Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de comunicación inalámbrico, y más particularmente a un método para detectar un canal dinámicamente en un sistema LAN inalámbrico y un aparato para el mismo. Un método para realizar CCA (Valoración de Canal Claro) por una estación (STA) en un sistema LAN inalámbrico de acuerdo con una modalidad de la presente invención incluye las etapas de: recibir por una capa física (PHY) de la STA una solicitud primitiva que incluye un parámetro que indica un tipo de nivel de CCA desde una capa superior, y determinar si una señal igual o mayor que un umbral CCA prescrito se detecta en base al valor del parámetro. Aquí, el parámetro se puede ajustar de modo que indique uno de una pluralidad de tipos de niveles de CCA..
