Abstract
Se provee un método y aparato para llevar a cabo la medicino en un sistema de comunicación inalámbrico. Un dispositivo inalámbrico determina información acerca de un tipo de medición, el tipo de medición indicando uno de un primer objeto de medición y un segundo objeto de medición y lleva a cabo la medición usando una señal de medición en la subtrama configurada en el objeto de medición indicado por el tipo de medición. La señal de medición incluye uno de una señal de descubrimiento, una señal de referencia de medición (MRS) y un RS común para la celda (CRS).
