Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种信号测量方法、用户设备以及基站。所述信号测量方法包括:用户设备在部分子帧或者所有子帧中的时频资源上对接收信号进行测量以获得第一测量结果和第二测量结果;根据所述第一测量结果和第二测量结果获得用于表示信道质量的信息。通过本发明实施例,可以考虑到处于关闭状态的小区的影响,由此准确地获得测量结果。
