Abstract

Un sistema cerrado de introducción de productos químicos utilizado para suministrar ingredientes activos en un productos químico líquido a un sistema de deposición de vapor químico, que incluye un cartucho robusto libre de humedad, que contiene una dosis definida de un producto químico líquido. El cartucho se coloca en una ranura de montaje configurada especialmente para recibir el cartucho.
