Abstract

Se proporciona un carrito para transportar contenedores para piezas o componentes en una planta industrial que comprende una estructura de carrito (3) de longitud ajustable en la dirección longitudinal (L) del carrito y soportes de ubicación para el contenedor (C) que incluyen soportes laterales (AL) ajustables en posición en una dirección transversal (T) ortogonal a la dirección longitudinal (L). De esta manera, el carrito (1) se puede adaptar a contenedores para piezas (C) que tienen dimensiones y/o configuraciones diferentes tanto con referencia a la dirección longitudinal (L) así con referencia a la dirección transversal (T). La estructura de carrito (3) comprende una estructura central (30) y un bastidor frontal (32) y un bastidor trasero (31) los cuales están montados deslizablemente hacia y alejándose entre sí sobre la estructura central (30) en la dirección longitudinal (L) y se pueden bloquear selectivamente en diferentes posiciones, en las cuales están a distancias diferentes entre sí de manera que definen longitudes diferentes del carrito (1). Los soportes de ubicación laterales (AL) están montados deslizablemente sobre los bastidores frontal y trasero (32, 31) en la dirección transversal (T) y se pueden bloquear en una pluralidad de posiciones de ajuste diferentes. Las unidades de rueda (WL, WR) del carrito son transportadas pivotablemente por los bastidores frontal y trasero (32, 31) en los dos lados del plano mediano (m) del carrito. La unidad de control de direccionamiento (2) del carrito (1) está articulada al bastidor frontal (32) y está conectada por una varilla de conexión o transmisión de cadena o de banda a por lo menos una unidad de rueda frontal (WL) y a por lo menos una unidad de rueda trasera, la cual está distribuida en un lado o en lados opuestos del carrito, de manera tal que la unidad de rueda frontal y la unidad de rueda trasera se hacen oscilar en direcciones opuestas para mantener las ruedas alineadas con la trayectoria curvada que se va a seguir. En la modalidad preferida, los bastidores ajustables (32, 31) tienen una vista en planta con una configuración en forma de T, para dejar un espacio libre los dos lados de la estructura central (30) del carrito.
