Abstract

Un montaje de iluminación para vehículo que comprende: un único lente que tiene una primera y una segunda pluralidad de elementos de lentes de campo cercano y una superficie de salida; y una primera y una segunda fuentes de LED que dirigen la luz a través de las respectivas primera y segunda pluralidad de elementos de lentes. La primera y la segunda pluralidad de elementos de lentes se configuran para transmitir la luz en un respectivo patrón de propagación y patrón de alta intensidad a través de la superficie de salida. Los montajes pueden configurarse de manera tal que el patrón de propagación y el patrón de alta intensidad cumplan colectivamente los requisitos para faros delanteros de luz baja establecidos en cualquier regulación actual de iluminación vehicular global, por ejemplo, la actual Norma de Seguridad de Vehículos a Motor N° 108 de la NHTSA de Estados Unidos.
