Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un procedimiento para el tratamiento de petróleo/lodo crudo para la remoción de agua unida y no unida facilitando así la recuperación de hidrocarburos de producto libre no volátil en una escala de aproximadamente 96% en peso a 100% en peso junto con agua no unida que tiene una turbidez de al menos por abajo de 20 NTU. En el procedimiento para el tratamiento de lodo facilita la recuperación de casi un 100% de solvente junto con agua unida entera en una escala de aproximadamente 99% en peso a 100% en peso. El procedimiento para el tratamiento de lodo facilita la recuperación de agua libre en una escala de aproximadamente 94% en peso a 99%. El procedimiento para el tratamiento de lodo también facilita la recuperación de solvente a ser reutilizado en dicho procedimiento. La presente invención además proporciona un procedimiento para el tratamiento de petróleo de mala calidad que contiene agua, sólidos, sales y un contenido limitado de hidrocarburo inferior a 10,000 PPM para recuperar agua utilizable del mismo mediante un procedimiento eficaz y económicamente viable. El procedimiento para el tratamiento de petróleo de mala calidad es capaz de reducir el valor de turbidez del mismo en una escala de 90% en peso a 99% en peso.
