Abstract

Изобретение предусматривает создание способа обработки нефти/сырого нефтешлама для удаления связанной и несвязанной воды, тем самым обеспечивая извлечение нелетучих нефтепродуктов в диапазоне от приблизительно 96 до 100 вес.% вместе с несвязанной водой, имеющей значение мутности по меньшей мере ниже 20 NTU. Способ обработки нефтешлама обеспечивает извлечение практически 100% растворителя вместе со всем количеством связанной воды в диапазоне от приблизительно 99 до 100 вес.%. Способ обработки нефтешлама обеспечивает извлечение свободной воды в диапазоне от приблизительно 94 до 99 вес.%. Способ обработки нефтешлама также обеспечивает извлечение растворителя для его повторного использования в процессе. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно предусматривает создание способа обработки некондиционной нефти, содержащей воду, твердые вещества, соли и ограниченное количество углеводородов при содержании менее 10000 ppm для извлечения из нее пригодной для использования воды за счет эффективного и экономичного процесса. Способ обработки некондиционной нефти, позволяющий снизить ее значение мутности в диапазоне от 90 до 99 вес.%.
