Abstract

Способ обработки некондиционной нефти, позволяющий снизить ее значение мутности в диапазоне от 90 до 99 вес.%.The invention provides for the creation of a method of treating oil / crude sludge to remove bound and unbound water, thereby providing recovery of nonvolatile petroleum products in the range of from about 96 to 100 wt.% Along with unbound water having a turbidity value of at least below 20 NTU. The sludge treatment process recovers nearly 100% of the solvent along with the total amount of bound water in the range of from about 99 to 100% by weight. The method of processing sludge provides the extraction of free water in the range from approximately 94 to 99 wt.%. The sludge treatment method also provides solvent recovery for reuse in the process. The present invention additionally provides for the creation of a method for processing off-grade oil containing water, solids, salts and a limited amount of hydrocarbons with a content of less than 10,000 ppm to extract usable water from it through an efficient and economical process. The method of processing off-grade oil, allowing to reduce its turbidity value in the range from 90 to 99 wt.%.
