Abstract
Изобретение относится к области нефтедобывающей и нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности, в частности, к способам утилизации нефтяных шламов, образующихся на объектах сбора и подготовки нефти, накапливающихся в нефтеловушках, амбарах, резервуарах и отстойниках. Дешёвую и эффективную утилизацию нефтяных шламов осуществляют за счет того, что нефтяной шлам разжижают (при температуре окружающей среды не ниже 0°С), отстаивают с разделением на водную, углеводородную и твердую фазы, откачиванием водной фазы, рециркуляцией углеводородной фазы, причем разжижжение осуществляют водно-углеводородной эмульсионной системой, образованной путем смешивания нефти с реагентом при соотношении: нефть - (1-10) об.ч.; реагент - 1 об.ч., причем указанный реагент представляет собой раствор жидкого стекла в электроактивированной воде с рН 9-12 при соотношении компонентов: жидкое стекло 0,3-25%; электроактивированная вода с рН 9-12 - остальное, в результате чего можно вернуть в переработку в виде восстановленной нефти до 90% нефтяного шлама.
