Abstract
La presente invención se basa en el descubrimiento de que la combinación de una secuencia de polinucleótidos de 5'UTR específica (ver SEQ ID NO 1) y la secuencia líder secretora de hCD33 en un casete de expresión para expresar un polinucleótido de interés da como resultado un nivel de expresión sorprendentemente mejor del polipéptido de interés comparándose con los casetes de expresión de la técnica anterior. Basándose en este descubrimiento, la presente invención, entre otras cosas, proporciona novedosos casetes de expresión, vectores de expresión y métodos para producir un polipéptido de interés con un alto rendimiento.
