Abstract
La invención se relaciona a dispositivos hiperbáricos para inactivar microorganismos y virus mientras que retienen su inmunogenicidad y para hacer y producir las proteínas inmunogénicas o terapéuticas solubles, desagregadas, replegadas o activas de los cuerpos de inclusión producidos de procariotas o eucariotas. La invención abarca métodos hiperbáricos para inactivar organismos patogénicos, y métodos para producir composiciones de vacuna usando los patógenos inactivados. Los microorganismos hiperbáricamente inactivados son más seguros y más inmunogénicos que los microorganismos químicamente inactivados. De manera similar, las proteínas solubilizadas tienen propiedades superiores comparadas con las proteínas más densamente agregadas, incluyendo reacciones inmunes no específicas reducidas.
