Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método y un Kit para la monitorización, el diagnóstico, el pronóstico de lesión renal aguda en fase temprana y la determinación del tratamiento en sujetos que padecen la misma. El método comprende las etapas de a) proporcionar una muestra de orina; b) enriquecer la muestra de orina en exosomas presentes en la muestra de orina usando al menos una etapa de inmunopurificación; c) detectar un marcador de lesión renal aguda (LRA) en el exosoma. La invención también se refiere a un Kit para determinar la presencia y/o el nivel de un marcador de lesión renal específico, para la determinación sencilla y temprana de la aparición de LRA en un sujeto, comprendido el Kit medios para enriquecer la muestra de orina en exoxomas usando al menos una etapa de inmunopurificación, y medios para detectar un marcador de lesión renal predeterminado de un estado. El método y el Kit de la invención tienen la ventaja de proporcionar la detección específica, sencilla y temprana de marcadores de lesión renal, lo que no es posible con los métodos convencionales aplicados hasta ahora. El método y el Kit de la invención también proporcionan la ventaja de identificar la estructura específica que presenta la lesión en el riñon, puesto que usa anticuerpos específicos para proteínas específicas presentes en estructuras específicas del riñon.
