Abstract

Las funciones de imagenología por MR e intervención se localizan dentro de un dispositivo individual. Por lo menos un dispositivo de bobina integrado (62, 63, 64, 90) el cual tiene por lo menos una bobina de RF (72, 94, 112, 118), una alojamiento (70, 74, 92, 96, 110, 114) el cual encierra la bobina de RF y proporciona una superficie adaptable anatómicamente y una pluralidad de aberturas. El dispositivo de bobina integrado se desliza a lo largo de un sistema de carriles guía (66) para ajustar el tamaño de una región de imagenología anatómica del paciente (60). Las aberturas en el dispositivo de bobina integrado están disponibles para asegurar insertos de placa con forma de rejilla portaherramientas (67, 116, 130, 131) u otras guías de dispositivos intervencionistas. Los insertos ayudan a sostener el tejido suave para la imagenología de diagnóstico y proporcionan soporte para las guías de instrumentos para biopsia/intervencionis tas (140).
