Description
Claims (11)
- MR検査空間内に配置されるよう構成される支持構造と、
該支持構造上に配置され且つそれらの間に解剖学的撮像領域を定める少なくとも1つのコイル装置とを含む、
統合MR撮像及び介入システムであって、
前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、前記解剖学的撮像領域の大きさを調節するために前記支持構造に対して平行移動するよう取り付けられ、
前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、
MR信号を誘導し且つ/或いは前記解剖学的撮像領域からMR信号を受信する少なくとも1つの無線周波数(RF)コイル素子と、
前記解剖学的撮像領域に面する共形的な表面を有するハウジングとを含み、前記共形的な表面は、前記解剖学的撮像領域内に受け入れられるべき患者の解剖学的部分と適合し、前記ハウジングは、前記少なくとも1つのRFコイル素子を包み、
前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、前記解剖学的撮像領域内への介入装置のための軌跡を定める標的ブロックを収容するために、前記共形的な表面に少なくとも1つの孔を定め、
前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、側方コイル装置と、中央コイル装置とを含み、前記解剖学的部分は、患者の乳房及び腋窩領域のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記ハウジングの共形的な表面は、前記乳房及び前記腋窩領域のうちの少なくとも1つと適合するよう構成され、
前記側方コイル装置の腋窩RFコイル素子は、介入装置のアプローチ方向と平行に向けられるループ素子を含む、
統合システム。 - 前記支持構造は、
前記解剖学的部分を不動化する間に患者を支持するよう異なる患者の幾何学的構成に順応し且つ適合する複数の支持構造を更に含む、
請求項1に記載の統合システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、平行移動可能であり且つ前記支持構造から取り外し可能であり、前記支持構造上に取り付けられるよう構成され、且つ
2つの解剖学的撮像領域を定めるよう1つの中央コイル装置と2つの側方コイル装置とを含み、各解剖学的撮像領域は、前記中央コイル装置と前記側方コイル装置の一方との間にある、
請求項1又は2に記載の統合システム。 - 前記支持構造は、
前記解剖学的撮像領域内に配置される前記解剖学的部分を平行移動させ且つ不動化するよう、前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置を滑動可能に取り付けるトラックを支持する、コイルベースを更に含む、
請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。 - 前記支持構造は、
LED、光ファイバ、又は反射照明のような、前記解剖学的撮像領域を照明する非強磁性の照明システムを更に含む、
請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置の前記ハウジングは、
MR撮像中に前記解剖学的撮像領域内の前記解剖学的部分と共に撮像されるMR撮像可能な基準体と、
前記コイル装置とRF送信器及びRF受信器との間のデジタル通信、光通信、及び無線通信のうちの少なくとも1つをもたらす統合コネクタとを更に含む、
請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、側方及び中央コイル装置を含み、該側方及び中央コイル装置の各々は、
滑動相互接続、光ファイバ相互接続、無線相互接続、及び誘導相互接続のうちの少なくとも1つを含むMR信号を少なくとも運搬するデータインターフェースを更に含む、
請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。 - 前記支持構造は、
− 患者の首を支持し且つ様々の首の長さに適合する調節可能なヘッドレスト、
− 患者の鎖骨及び胸を支持する調節可能な鎖骨支持体、
− 患者の胴を支持し且つ様々の胴の大きさ及び輪郭に適合する適合性の胴支持スリング及び調節可能な胴支持体、並びに
− 患者の胸骨を支持する調節可能な胸骨支持体
のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、
請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。 - 前記解剖学的撮像領域内で励起信号を生成するようRF送信器を制御し且つ前記側方及び中央コイル装置から誘導磁気共鳴信号を受信するようRF受信器を制御するスキャナコントローラと、
前記受信した磁気共鳴信号から前記解剖学的撮像領域内に受け入れられる前記解剖学的部分の画像表示を生成する再構築プロセッサと、
前記側方及び中央コイル装置内に配置される少なくとも1つの基準マーカに対して生検のために前記撮像された患者解剖学的領域内の検出される組織塊を局所化する計画プロセッサとを更に含む、
請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置ハウジングは、複数の標的ブロックのいずれか1つを受け入れるよう構成される複数の孔を定め、該受け入れられる標的ブロックは、介入装置のための軌跡を定める、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコイル装置は、
患者の腋窩領域からMR信号を受信するための腋窩RFコイル素子と、
該腋窩RFコイル素子を包む腋窩ハウジング部分とを更に含み、
該腋窩ハウジング部分は、前記腋窩領域に適合するよう構成される共形的な表面を含み、且つ複数の標的ブロックのうちの1つを受け入れるよう構成される複数の孔を定め、前記標的ブロックは、介入装置のための軌跡を定める、
請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合システム。
