Abstract
Ensambles, métodos y sistemas útiles para reducir las características de ruido y vibración asociadas con espacios huecos o cavidades de vehículos colocando material de espuma de amortiguamiento dentro de y abarcando el espacio entre una primera superficie del sustrato y una segunda superficie del sustrato. El material de espuma de amortiguamiento está compuesto de una primera región y una segunda región, en donde la primera región tiene un valor de E´ a -10°C que es menor que el valor de E´ a -10°C de la segunda región y un valor de E´ a 25°C que es más alto que el valor de E´ a 25°C de la segunda región; la segunda región tiene una anchura en sección transversal variable.
