Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema microfluídico para controlar una tarjeta para la concentración de moléculas capaces de estimular un objetivo, por ejemplo formadas por un ensamble de células vivas, caracterizado el sistema porque comprende un dispositivo microfluídico (1) que comprende: n = 1 canal(es) (4, 40), el o cada canal se suministra con al menos un orificio de entrada para al menos un fluido y con al menos un orificio de salida para este fluido; n = 2 aberturas (47, 470) formadas por el canal microfluídico o distribuidas en los diversos canales microfluídicos, las aberturas que están configuradas en uno y en el mismo plano de manera que formen una red que tiene al menos una dimensión en este plano, los números n de canal(es) microfluídico(s) y n de las aberturas se ligan por una relación (I) con 1 = i = n y n el número de aberturas para el canal c; al menos una membrana microporosa (5) que cubre la red de aberturas, el objetivo se pretende que se coloque en el lado de la membrana la cual está opuesta al o los canales microfluídicos; uno o más medios de alimentación de fluidos para alimentar el o cada canal microfluídico con el fluido, al menos uno de estos fluidos comprende moléculas para estimular el objetivo.
