Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al descubrimiento seminal de composiciones y un método para producir NSC obtenidas de células madre derivadas de ovocitos humanos activados partenogenéticamente (phNsc). Las phNSC de la invención mantienen potencial proliferativo y de diferenciación durante el cultivo y la expansión. La invención proporciona una célula madre neuronal aislada, que se diferencia de un ovocito activado partenogenéticamente.
