Abstract
Métodos y aparatos para supresión de incendios de etapa dual no eléctrica pasiva, de acuerdo con diversos aspectos de la presente invención incluyen detectar un incendio con una primer unidad para supresión de incendios activa y cambiar el estado de una segunda unidad para supresión de incendios de "reposo" a "activa" cuando la primer unidad supresora de incendios libera un agente supresor de incendios. Después de que la primer unidad de supresión de incendios ha liberado su agente supresor de incendios, la segunda unidad supresora de incendios puede detectar que continúa un incendio y/o uno nuevo y liberar un segundo agente para supresión de incendios en respuesta a la detección.
