Abstract
La invención se refiere a una bomba de refrigerante para automóvil accionada eléctricamente (10) para un automóvil accionado con un motor de combustión interna, que está constituida por una carcasa de bomba (12) y un rotor (14) colocado de manera giratoria en la carcasa de bomba (12) . El rotor (14) se forma por un rotor de bomba (16; 16') y un rotor de motor (18; 18') esencialmente en forma de copa, en la que el rotor de bomba (16; 16') presenta varias alas giratorias (20) que se encuentran directamente en una base de copa (36) del rotor de motor (18; 18'). El rotor de bomba (16; 16') y el rotor de motor (18; 18') son componentes de plástico que forman una pieza respectivamente fabricados mediante moldeo por inyección de manera separada uno del otro, que están compuestos por distintos materiales. Esto significa que el rotor de bomba (16; 16') está compuesto, por ejemplo, por un plástico o mezcla de plásticos mecánicamente estables y el rotor de motor (18; 18') está compuesto por otro plástico o mezcla de plástico y metal y adaptados a los requerimientos técnicos. El rotor de motor (18; 18') presenta una sustancia ferromagnética distribuida homogéneamente y está magnetizado al menos bipolarmente y forma de esta manera un rotor de motor eléctrico activado permanentemente. El rotor de bomba (16; 16') presenta un anillo biselado anular (22) en los extremos distales de las alas giratorias (20) y no presenta ninguna sustancia ferromagnética, por tanto no es ferromagnético.
