Claims (11)
- 自動車の内燃機関を冷却するために自動車に用いられる電動式の冷媒ポンプ(10)であって、該冷媒ポンプ(10)が、ポンプハウジング(12)と、該ポンプハウジング(12)内に回転可能に支承されたロータ(14;14’)とを備え、該ロータ(14;14’)が、ポンプロータ(16;16’)と、ほぼポット状のモータロータ(18;18’)とから形成されるようになっており、ポンプロータ(16;16’)が、モータロータ(18;18’)のポット底部(36)に直接載置する複数のロータ羽根(20)を有している、自動車に用いられる電動式の冷媒ポンプにおいて、ポンプロータ(16;16’)とモータロータ(18;18’)とが、互いに別個に射出成形により製造された一体のプラスチック構成部材であり、該プラスチック構成部材が、種々異なる材料を含んでおり、モータロータ(18;18’)が、強磁性の物質を含有していて、少なくとも2極に磁化されており、ポンプロータ(16;16’)が、ロータ羽根(20)の遠位の端部に設けられた環状のカバーリング(22)を有していて、強磁性でないことを特徴とする、自動車に用いられる電動式の冷媒ポンプ。
- モータロータ(18;18’)が、軸方向に位置する円筒状の開口(40;40’)を有している、請求項1記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- モータロータ(18)が、円筒状の開口(40)内に別個の円筒状の支承ブシュ(42)を有している、請求項2記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- モータロータ(18)が、ポット底部(36)に、軸方向の近位のロータ羽根端部(28)を収容するための軸方向の凹部(38)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- ロータ羽根(20)が、モータロータ(18)のポット底部(36)に設けられた対応する軸方向開口(34)内に嵌められた軸方向の支承ピン(30)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- ポンプロータ(16’)が、該ポンプロータ(16’)と一体に形成された円筒状の支承ブシュ(43)を有している、請求項1、2、4または5記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- モータロータ(18’)のハブ(49)が、ポンプロータ(16’)のハブ(47)の相応の軸方向の連行ピン(46)に対応する少なくとも1つの軸方向の連行凹部(48)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- ポンプロータ(16;16’)とモータロータ(18;18’)とが、溶接結合によって材料接続的に互いに結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- ポンプロータ(16;16’)とモータロータ(18;18’)とが、係止結合によって互いに結合されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- ポンプロータ(16;16’)が、有利にはテフロン(登録商標)または黒鉛を含有した炭素繊維強化された複合材料から成っている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
- ポット底部(36)が、ほぼ漏斗状に形成されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の冷媒ポンプ。
