Abstract
La presente invención es para proporcionar un dispositivo de presentación visual de cristal líquido que difícilmente causa adherencia de imágenes incluso cuando hay una diferencia en las áreas de elementos de imagen. El dispositivo de presentación visual de cristal líquido de la presente invención se caracteriza en que uno del par de substratos incluye líneas de escaneo, líneas de señal y líneas condensadoras de almacenamiento, un transistor de película delgada conectado a cada una de la línea de escaneo y la línea de señal, y un electrodo de pixel conectado al transistor de película delgada, en que el otro del par de substratos incluye un electrodo opuesto, en que la capa de cristal líquido incluye una región que tiene un grosor más grande y una región que tiene un grosor más pequeño en un pixel, en que el electrodo de pixel está dispuesto para cada uno de los elementos de imagen, y en que el electrodo de pixel que se superpone a una región que tiene un grosor más pequeño de la capa de cristal líquido entre la pluralidad de electrodos de pixel dispuestos en un pixel está conectado al transistor de película delgada que tiene un ancho de canal más grande entre la pluralidad de los transistores de película delgada dispuestos en un pixel.
