Abstract
Se describen composiciones y métodos para mitigar la producción irregular alterna de cultivos perennes mediante el uso de un metabolito natural. En particular, la presente descripción proporciona un metabolito natural en la presencia o ausencia de un inhibidor del transporte de auxina para incrementar la intensidad floral (número de flores) de la floración de retorno en la primavera que sigue al entorno de una producción abundante pesada para incrementar el rendimiento de un año supuesto de producción escasa y así, incrementar el rendimiento acumulado del cultivo. Adicionalmente, la presente descripción proporciona un metabolito natural en combinación con uno o ambos de un tipo promotor del crecimiento de regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, y un tipo inhibidor de la biosíntesis, transporte o función de las hormonas del regulador del crecimiento de las plantas.
