Abstract

Un método para producir etanol mediante fermentación incluye la preparación de un cultivo iniciador, la inoculación de una pasta con el cultivo iniciador, la fermentación de la pasta y la recuperación del etanol a partir de la pasta. El cultivo iniciador incluye una base de sebo con partes de árbol de sebo Chino y agua que se inoculan con microorganismos, en donde los microorganismos incluyen levadura.
