Abstract

提供一种利用蛹虫草液体发酵生产虫草酸的方法，（1）将蛹虫草菌种接种到PD液体发酵培养基中，进行活化培养，然后转接到种子发酵培养基中，进行种子培养，得种子液；（2）将种子液接种于液体发酵培养基中，液体发酵培养20〜30h，然后加入扩张蛋白溶液，继续培养96〜144h，分离，得到蛹虫草菌丝体；（3）从蛹虫草菌丝体中提取蛹虫草胞内虫草酸。将扩张蛋白应用于蛹虫草的虫草酸液体发酵生产，提高了虫草酸发酵产量。
