Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para la producción de un pistón para un motor de combustión interna, en el que en primer lugar que se vacía una zona que en el pistón terminado presenta un conducto de refrigeración (14) y una ranura anular del pistón, a continuación se recubre el conducto de refrigeración posterior, y finalmente se aplica material para la recepción del segmento, y que se caracteriza porque el conducto de refrigeración posterior se recubre con material de alambre que se proporciona con una longitud que es mayor que la longitud necesaria para in único pistón. Un dispositivo para la producción de un pistón para un motor de combustión interna con una zona vaciada en primer lugar, que en un pistón terminado presenta un conducto de refrigeración (14) y una ranura anular del pistón, presenta un dispositivo para la colocación de una cubierta en el conducto de refrigeración y un dispositivo para la facilitación del material de alambre con una longitud que sea mayor que la longitud necesaria para un único pistón. Un pistón para un motor de combustión interna presenta un conducto de refrigeración (14) y un material de refuerzo para la recepción de un segmento, así como un material cobertor entre el conducto de refrigeración (14) y el material de refuerzo, en el que el material cobertor está hecho de material de alambre desenrollado de forma continua de un rodillo.
