Abstract

Se presenta en un aparato de elaboración de imagen que tiene un objetivo y una etapa para mantener una muestra de la que se va a elaborar la imagen, un método para el autoenfoque. El método incluye determinar un valor de enfoque medido correspondiente a por lo menos un primero de una pluralidad de segmentos de imagen lógica. Además, el método incluye la elaboración de imagen del primer segmento de imagen lógica utilizando el valor de enfoque medido. El método incluye también determinar un valor de enfoque pronosticado para un segundo de la pluralidad de segmentos de imagen lógica utilizando el valor de enfoque medido y un parámetro de variación de enfoque almacenado. Además, el método incluye la elaboración de imagen del segundo segmento de imagen lógica utilizando el valor de enfoque pronosticado.
