Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un agente colorante grado alimenticio para la preparación de cubos de hielo coloreados, en donde el agente colorante comprende col roja seca; se relaciona con un método para la preparación del agente colorante, que comprende los pasos de picar y secar col roja; con un método para la preparación de líquido coloreado, en donde 1 agente colorante se extrae con agua y/o etanol, y para el uso de líquido coloreado para la preparación de cubos de hielo o confitería coloreados.
