Abstract

El producto objeto de solicitud de la patente tiene como titulo de invención: hielo decorativo coloreado.#En la descripción de la presente invención se establece que el producto se encuadra en el sector de la alimentación y tiene como objeto la mejora de la presentación de los productos procedentes del sector de la pesca y acuicultura destinados a la venta directa al consumidor.#Este producto es el resultado de la mezcla de colorante E-133 con agua potable en las dosis establecidas por el fabricante del propio colorante alimenticio, obteniendo hielo de tonalidad azul para una mejora de la presentación de los productos anteriormente citados.#Las reivindicaciones del producto contienen la definición y uso del mismo, con la finalidad de ofrecer una mejoría de la presentación de los productos de la sección de pescadería y con ello una mejor aceptación por parte del consumidor/cliente.
