Abstract
Un método de amplificación de un ácido nucleico de HCV en una muestra infectada con HCV comprende amplificar un segmento de plantilla de ADN complementario a un genoma de hacv de ARN de la muestra por una PCR de dos etapas, en donde un PCR de primera etapa emplea un primer cavador externo y un segundo cebador externo, y un PCR de segunda etapa emplea un primer cebador interno y un segundo cebador interno. La secuencia de nucleótidos del primer cebador externo comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos como se establece en SEQ ID NO: 2; o SEQ ID NO: 9, donde opcionalmente 1, 2 o 3 nucleótidos son nucleótidos diferentes a aquellos de SEQ ID NO: 9. La secuencia de nucleótidos del segundo cebador externo comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos como se establece en SEQ ID NO: 3 o 4; o una secuencia de nucleótidos establecida en SEQ ID NO: 10 o 11, donde opcionalmente 1, 2 o 3 nucleótidos son nucleótidos diferentes a aquellos d SEQ ID NO: 10 y 11. La secuencia de nucleótidos del primer cebador interno comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos como se establece en SEQ ID NO: 5; o SEQ ID NO: 12, donde opcionalmente 1, 2 o 3 nucleótidos son nucleótidos diferentes a aquellos de SEQ ID NO: 12.
