Abstract

La invención proporciona trozos en una composición alimenticia gelatinosa que comprende trozos en gelatina en trozos para el radio gelatinoso de aproximadamente 25:75 a aproximadamente 60:40, en donde la gelatina comprende aproximadamente 0.01 a aproximadamente 1% de goma gellan, de aproximadamente 0.01 a aproximadamente 1% xantano deacetilado y de aproximadamente 0.01 de aproximadamente 1% de agente quelante.
