Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO ALIMENTÍCIA DE PEDAÇOS EM GELEIA, COMPOSIÇÃO DE GELEIA , MÉTODO PARA APERFEIÇOAR A QUALIDADE E CONSISTÊNCIA FECAIS DE ANIMAIS E USO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição alimentícia de pedaços em geleia compreendendo pedaços em geleia em uma razão de pedaços para geleia de aproximadamente 25:75 a aproximadamente 60:40, em que a geleia compreende de aproximadamente 0,01 a aproximadamente 1% de gelana, de aproximadamente 0,01 a aproximadamente 1% de xantana desacetilada, e de aproximadamente 0,01 a aproximadamente 1% de agente quelante. A geleia mantém sua viscosidade durante o processo de produção, e garante uma distribuição uniforme dos pedaços na composição alimentícia de pedaços em geleia.
