Abstract

La presente invención tiene el objetivo de proporcionar un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia parcial de lacritina, que es capaz de promover la adhesión entre una célula y una matriz extracelular; y un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia parcial de lacritina, que tiene una acción de promover la secreción de fluido lagrimal; la presente invención proporciona un polipéptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO: 1, que es una secuencia parcial particular de lacritina, y que tiene una longitud de aminoácidos de no más de 70 residuos; el polipéptido de la presente invención puede promover la adhesión entre una célula y una matriz extracelular; el polipéptido de la presente invención puede promover la secreción de fluido lagrimal desde células acinares de la glándula lagrimal.
