Abstract
Una espuma de óxido cuaternario comprende una espuma de celdas abiertas que contienen (a) un metal dopante, (b) un no metal dopante, (c) titanio y (d) oxígeno. La espuma tiene las ventajas de un área superficial alta y una contrapresión baja durante aplicaciones de flujo dinámico. Se demostró en un fotoreactor simple la inactivación de Escherichia coli (E.coli).
