Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una plataforma de caracterización pie se puede utilizar para determinar la cantidad de anticuerpos diferentes producidos por una línea de células policlonales durante la producción así como la consistencia lote a lote de los anticuerpos presentes en los productos policlonales. La plataforma de caracterización estructural se basa en la eliminación de las cadenas pesadas y separación de las cadenas ligeras remanentes por medio de una técnica de separación cromatográfica seguido por análisis de espectrometría de masas sobre las especies de cadena ligera intactas.
