Abstract

Se proporciona un método de manufacturación de materiales para construcción. Concretamente, se proporciona un método de procesamiento para un residuo de deshechos producido por la combustión y desulfuración de residuos de petróleo en la refinación de este ultimo. La principal material prima en el método son los residuos industriales producidos en la combustión y desulfuración de residuos de petróleo, incluyendo cenizas volantes y escorias de fondo. Se adiciona una solución de ácido sulfúrico diluido a la principal materia prima como aditivo. La cantidad de aditivo depende del contenido del CaO en la principal materia prima y de la concentración de la solución de ácido sulfúrico diluido. Las ventajas del método son las siguientes: procesar y utilizar esencialmente los residuos industriales producidos en la refinación del petróleo, mejorar la velocidad de utilización, disminuir la cantidad de recursos naturales usados, reducir los costos de producción de ladrillos y mampostería, ahorrar fuentes de energía, disminuir la descarga y proteger el ambiente.
