Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeele de degradare a deşeurilor greu degradabile, în special a borhotului obţinut de la distilarea alcoolului.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include hidroliza deşeurilor, declorurarea şi fermentarea lor anaerobă cu obţinerea biogazului. Hidroliza se efectuează prin amestecarea borhotului cu soluţie alcalină de hipoclorit de sodiu, cu un conţinut de hipoclorit de sodiu raportat la CCO al borhotului de (0,3…0,5):1, cu adăugarea sulfatului de cupru în cantitate de 0,05…0,10 g/L, la temperatura de 50…90°C, totodată soluţia alcalină de hipoclorit de sodiu conţine 25…30 g/L de hidroxid de sodiu şi 160…180 g/L hipoclorit de sodiu, iar declorurarea hidrolizatului se efectuează cu anhidridă sulfuroasă.
