Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele de degradare a deseurilor greu degradabile, in special a borhotului obtinut de la distilarea alcoolului. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include hidroliza deseurilor, declorurarea si fermentarea lor anaeroba cu obtinerea biogazului. Hidroliza se efectueaza prin amestecarea borhotului cu solutie alcalina de hipocloritde sodiu, cu un continut de hipoclorit de sodiu raportat la CCO al borhotului de (0,3...0,5):1, cu adaugarea sulfatului de cupru in cantitate de 0,05...0,10 g/L, la temperatura de 50...90°C, totodatasolutia alcalina de hipoclorit de sodiu contine 25...30 g/L de hidroxid de sodiu si 160...180 g/L hipoclorit de sodiu, iar declorurarea hidrolizatului se efectueaza cu anhidrida sulfuroasa.
