Abstract
Un procedimiento para la producción de eteno mediante la deshidratación química en fase vapor de una alimentación que comprende etanol, agua y etoxietano en un reactor a temperatura y presión elevadas en presencia de un lecho de catalizador que comprende un ácido heteropolitúngstico soportado, caracterizado porque el reactor se mantiene o configura de manera que funcione en un régimen que satisface los siguientes parámetros: 0,05 < (Pagua/ (PetanoL + Petoxietano) ) / (8 X 10-5 X GHSV + 0,75) (1) y -20 < Treacción - Tpunto rocío - 40 X Palimentacion total + 40 X Pinertes < +80 (2) en donde Pagua, Petanol y Petoxíetano son respectivamente las presiones parciales de agua, etanol y etoxietano en la composición en equilibrio termodinámico de la alimentación a la temperatura y presión operativas del procedimiento (en MPa), GHSV es la velocidad espacial horaria de gas de la alimentación sobre el catalizador en hr-1, Treacción es la temperatura de reacción en ° C, Tpunto rocío es la temperatura del punto de rocío de la alimentación en su composición en equilibrio termodinámico en ° C a la presión de reacción, Palimentación total es la presión total de la alimentación (en MPa) y Pinertes es la presión parcial de inertes en la alimentación (en MPa).
