Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema anastomótico vascular absorbible que incluye un tubo de inserción del cual un extremo frontal tiene una pluralidad de ganchos que sobresalen hacia fuera y un extremo trasero tiene protuberancias en forma de anillo, y un tubo de interfijación que tiene muescas p a las protuberancias del tubo de inserción tal que los dos tubos de inserción se insertan en el tubo de interfijación en ambos extremos del tubo de interfijación que es fijado. El tubo de inserción y el tubo de interfijación se forman de un material que es absorbido en un cuerpo vivo, y cuando dos tubos de inserción en los cuales dos vasos sanguíneos se insertan respectivamente para ser fijados a los ganchos se insertan en el tubo de interfijación en ambos extremos del tubo de interfijación, las paredes internas de ambos de los vasos sanguíneos entran en contacto entre sí en el centro del tubo de interfijación que es anastomizado. Puesto que el sistema anastomótico vascular absorbible no requiere un dispositivo anastomótico adicional, es posible realizar la anastomosis aun en un espacio reducido. Además, puesto que el sistema anastomático vascular absorbible es completamente absorbido en un cuerpo vivo, es posible evitar un riesgo de reacción de cuerpo extraño. Después de que el sistema anastomótico vascular absorbible se absorbe completamente, los vasos anastomizados recuperan su propia elasticidad.
