Abstract

Se describe un método para controlar la distribución de refrigerante en un sistema de compresión de vapor tal como un sistema de refrigeración, por ejemplo en un sistema de aire acondicionado que comprende por lo menos dos evaporadores. La distribución de refrigerante determina la distribución de la cantidad disponible de refrigerante entre los evaporadores. Mientras se monitorea el supercalor, SH, una salida común para los evaporadores, la distribución de refrigerante se modifica de tal manera que el flujo de masa de refrigerante a un primer evaporador se altera de una manera controlada. El impacto sobre el SH monitoreado se observa después, y esto se utiliza para derivar información en relación al comportamiento del primer evaporador, en forma de un parámetro de control. Esto se repite para cada evaporador y se ajusta la distribución de refrigerante con base en los parámetros de control. El impacto puede estar en forma de un cambio significativo en SH. De manera alternativa, el parámetro de control puede reflejar un cambio en SH que se produce como un resultado de la modificación de la distribución de refrigerante.
