Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar una tortilla de harina que comprende proveer una masa para tortilla de harina en una porción suficiente preparar la tortilla; aplicar una sustancia grasa a por lo menos parte de la superficie de la porción de masa; posteriormente formar la masa en una forma de tortilla; y posteriormente hornear la masa. La invención además se refiere a una tortilla obtenible por ese método y al uso de una sustancia grasa para mejorar una propiedad de la tortilla preparada al usar una sustancia grasa.
