Abstract
Un inversor alimentado por corriente con regulación de ciclo de trabajo de corriente dc a la entrada del inversor se provee para incrementar la magnitud de poder de salida de inversor mientras opera una carga resonante a frecuencia resonante; el periodo de ciclo de trabajo de regulador se sincroniza con el periodo de la corriente de salida del inversor para que haya dos periodos de regulador para cada periodo de corriente de salida individual del inversor; la regulación de ciclo de trabajo puede proporcionarse mediante un impulso individual en el periodo de regulador a una serie de impulsos en el periodo del regulador; la magnitud de poder de salida mayor que aquella disponible a un ciclo de trabajo completo puede proporcionarse a! operar e! inversor fuera de resonancia; múltiples inversores alimentados por corriente pueden conectarse a secciones de bobina individuales alrededor de un crisol e interconectarse selectivamente para un modo de calentamiento o de fundición o de un modo de agitación.
