Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al campo de modificación de la cinética de disolución de materiales en partículas. En particular, la presente invención se refiere a la adaptación de la cinética de disolución de polvos, es decir, polvos de alimento para un propósito en particular. Una representación de la presente invención se refiere a una partícula compuesta que se va a disolver que comprende al menos dos subpartículas sólidas solubles, al menos una de las cuales tiene un calor negativo de disolución en el líquido en el que va a disolverse la partícula compuesta.
